Welcome to RCW Miniature Horses.  Our farm was established in 1998 when we purchased “just one little mare” for our daughter.  We have since grown into a small breeding farm located in Southeastern South Dakota, just minutes away from the Minnesota and Iowa borders. Our  goal is to produce little horses with big horse attributes, fine bones, trim barrels, short coupled with good hips and shoulders with a naturally slender upright neck finished off with a pretty head.  We also like a little “flash”, so try to put a little chrome on all of our babies. We don’t have a lot of fancy professional photographs, and they certainly aren’t altered, more like my pathetic attempts at snapshots.  Our minis are all registered with AMHA/AMHR and most are eligible for registration with the Pinto Horse Registry. We always welcome visitors to the farm, it is fun to meet new people, talk horse, exchange ideas, and share information.  We’re very proud of our little horses and like to introduce them to visitors, and believe me they ALL make a point of coming up for an introduction!
